Ultrasound cleaning machine should be operated strictly according to the following requirements: (1) Connect the cable between the cleaning tank and the generator; (2) Pour the cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank (when the amount of cleaning liquid is put into the cleaned object, the position of the liquid level is about three-quarters of the whole body is preferable). (3) Put the cleaning material into the cleaning tank; (4) Plug in the power plug; (5) Set up the cleaning time and start the machine. 2. What should we pay attention to when using ultrasonic cleaner
1. The power supply of ultrasonic cleaner and electric heater must have good grounding device.
2. It is strictly forbidden to start the ultrasonic cleaner without cleaning liquid, that is, the cleaning cylinder does not add a certain amount of liquid, and the ultrasonic switch should not be opened.
3. Cleaning equipment with heating device is strictly forbidden to turn on heating switch when there is no liquid.
4. It is forbidden to use heavy objects (iron) to impact and clean the bottom of cylinder to avoid damage to energy converter wafers.
5. The power supply of the ultrasonic generator should use a single 220V/50Hz power supply and be equipped with a regulator of more than 2000W.
6. Wash the bottom of the cylinder regularly, and do not have too much debris or dirt.
7. Every time a new liquid is changed, the parts can be washed only after the ultrasonic start-up.
3. The best way of ultrasonic cleaning is:
(1) The best temperature of the ultrasonic cleaning tank is 30-50 C.
(2) Correct selection of cleaning agents according to different cleaning objects. Cleaning agents are generally divided into water-based (alkaline) cleaning agents, organic solvent cleaning agents and chemical reaction cleaning agents. Water-based detergents are usually used most frequently.
(3) Choose different cleaning time according to the degree of contamination and the nature of dirt.
The cleaning liquid of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can be recycled. This cleaning method can save a lot of cleaning liquid. After each use of the cleaning machine, it is better to put the cleaning liquid into the container, and then pour it into the cleaning tank when next use. The remaining sediment can be disposed of. If the concentration of the cleaning solution is not enough, a little addition can be reused.
Fourthly, several problems should be paid attention to in ultrasonic cleaning:
1. Power Selection
The effect of ultrasonic cleaning is not necessarily proportional to (power and cleaning time). Sometimes it uses low power and takes a long time to remove dirt. If the power reaches a certain value, sometimes the fouling will be removed quickly. If the power is too high, the cavitation intensity will be greatly increased and the cleaning effect will be improved. But at this time, the more precise parts will also have corrosion spots, which is not worth the loss. Moreover, the vibration plate at the bottom of the cleaning cylinder will be seriously cavitated and the water point corrosion will increase. When using organic solvents such as trichloroethylene, there is basically no problem, but when using water or water-soluble cleaning solution, it is easy to be corroded by water point. If the surface of the vibration plate has been scarred, the cavitation corrosion under high power water is more serious, so the ultrasonic power should be selected according to the actual use.
2. Selection of Frequency
The frequency of ultrasonic cleaning ranges from 20 kHz to 200 kHz. When using water or water cleaning agent, the physical cleaning force caused by cavitation is obviously beneficial to low frequency. Usually, it is about 20-30 kHz. For parts with small clearance, slit and deep hole, it is better to use high frequency (generally more than 40 kHz), even several hundred kHz.
3. Use of cleaning basket
When cleaning small parts, basket is often used. Because the mesh should cause ultrasonic attenuation, special attention should be paid to it. When the frequency is 28 khz, it is better to use more than 10 mm mesh.
4. Selection of Cleaning Fluid Temperature
The optimum cleaning temperature of water cleaning solution is 40 - 60 C. Especially in cold weather, if the temperature of cleaning solution is low and the effect of cavitation is poor, the effect of cleaning is also poor. Therefore, some cleaning machines are heated by electric heating wire around the outside of the cleaning cylinder to control the temperature. Cavitation is easy to occur when the temperature rises, so the cleaning effect is better. When the temperature continues to rise, the gas pressure in the cavity increases, resulting in the decrease of the impact sound pressure, which reflects the multiplying effect of these two factors.
5. The determination of the quantity of cleaning liquid and the location of cleaning parts
Generally, it is preferable that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid is higher than 100 mm above the surface of the vibrator. The liquid level of 300 W and 24 kHz is about 120 mm higher than that of 600 W and 24 kHz is about 150 mm higher. Because the single frequency cleaning machine is affected by standing wave field, the amplitude at the wave node is very small, and the amplitude at the wave node is large, resulting in uneven cleaning. Therefore, the best choice of cleaning items should be placed in the wave amplitude.

Pre-cleaning methods such as immersion and spraying are usually used to clean large amount of dirt. After removing most of the dirt, the remaining dirt can be cleaned by ultrasound, and the effect is good. If cleaning small articles and complicated articles (parts) with cleaning net or rotating cleaning material and using ultrasonic radiation while vibrating, uniform cleaning can be achieved.
5. Daily maintenance, maintenance and precautions of ultrasonic cleaner: Matters needing attention: 1. Power supply: To use the power supply and power cord that conform to the equipment specifications, the user's power supply circuit must be equipped with an air switch dedicated to the cleaner to cut the power supply of the cleaner when needed. The power supply specifications of the cleaner produced by Jiahui Ultrasound are as follows: 1 220 + 10VAC50 / 60HZ, single-phase 5 ~ 15A tripod plug, including a grounding wire;
(2) 3 380+10V50HZ, three-phase four-wire direct outgoing mode, five-core double insulated cable, including a grounding wire;
(3) The wire diameter of the power supply provided by the user must be equal to or greater than the wire diameter of the cleaning machine;

Grounding wire: The cleaning machine body and generator produced by Jiahui Ultrasound will be equipped with special grounding wire on its power supply lead, which is clearly distinguished from other wires. Because the equipment is liable to leakage due to contact with water and corrosive (swelling) liquid level, please connect the grounding wire according to safety requirements.
3. The equipment uses non-flammable detergent, and must not use flammable and explosive substances as detergent. When the equipment is used in situations where it is necessary to keep away from flammable and explosive substances, and when the users need to use certain substances under special circumstances, they must consult our department to confirm safety and take appropriate safety protection measures.
4. The equipment will be irreversibly damaged if there is no liquid or insufficient liquid level in the cleaning tank. When using, it is necessary to ensure that sufficient liquid is injected into the tank. Otherwise, the relevant electric heaters, pumps and ultrasonic vibrators may be damaged and may cause fire and personal injury.
5. Take care not to splash water into the electric control box and related electrical components, and keep away from steam, corrosive gases, dust, etc.
6. When equipment is abnormal, please contact us in time or check by experienced professional electrician after power supply is stopped.
7. Workpieces to be cleaned should be mounted and hung with a washing basket or hanger with supporting feet and washed in the tank. It is forbidden to place the workpiece directly at the bottom of the tank for cleaning, otherwise it may cause damage to the workpiece and the bottom of the cylinder.
8. When the equipment is working, there may be high temperature, high pressure, electrified terminal surface of electrical components, movement of transmission mechanism, pressure burst and other factors that may cause personal injury. Do not open the casing when working, so as not to work under unprotected conditions.
9. When the equipment is not in use for a long time, please release the detergent and protect the inner groove and surface with film after drying, so as to prevent the corrosion aging of the equipment from accelerating.
Daily maintenance and maintenance:
1. Maintaining ventilation, dryness and cleanliness in the workplace of equipment is conducive to the long-term and efficient operation of equipment and the optimization of working environment conditions.
2. When the cleaning liquid is too dirty, it should be handled in time. The dirt in the cleaning tank and storage tank should be cleaned regularly to keep the cleaning tank and its appearance clean, so as to improve the durability of the cleaning tank.
3. Electrical control box and ventilation port of equipment are far away from water vapor, corrosive gas and dust. Compressed air is used regularly to clean up the attached dust.
4. Periodically test the insulation performance of the equipment. Periodically check the grounding wires of the aging electrical components to ensure the good grounding of the equipment. This project must be carried out by electricians with professional experience.
5. Test the power supply regularly to confirm that it meets the requirements of the power supply voltage of the equipment and avoid long-term operation under the unstable power supply with too high or too low.
6. Equipment with filter device should be replaced periodically.
7. With transmission mechanism, lubricants such as butter and oil should be injected regularly according to requirements, and gear oil of reducer should be replaced regularly to ensure that moving parts work under good lubrication conditions.
6. Faults and Abnormal Countermeasures
Reasons for failure and abnormal conditions and treatment methods:
1. Check the power supply and the safety pipe when there is no ultrasonic wave, and deal with them in accordance with the following articles 6 and 7.
2. Check the power supply without electric heating, whether the temperature controller is set in the normal position, check the relevant water level switch, check whether the electric heater is invalid, replace the invalid components;
3. Insulation of live heating components or other components is poor. Replace the poor insulation components and connect the grounding wires.
4. Sound abnormality, deterioration of cleaning effect, abnormality of ultrasonic generator or transducer, inspection of insulation resistance of two terminals of transducer lead, and removal of transducer guard plate to check whether there is abnormality;
5. Some transducers can not adapt to the changes of cylinder block, water level and water temperature, change water level, and do not move too much when the workpiece enters and exits the water surface.
6. When the fuse is burnt out, there is no blackening in the glass tube to check the power supply voltage. It may be caused by the excessive power supply voltage or the instantaneous change of load. Replace the same specification fuse or a slightly larger fuse.
